The tour guide, Karen, was very good. BUT, she needs to understand that older people on the tour cannot walk very fast and need to stop periodically for some hydration, during the tour. We walked at a fast steady rate and never got a chance to “catch our breath”. Also, we never received prior notification that the Westminster Abbey part of the tour had been cancelled.

I enjoyed the afternoon and found everything well organised and interesting, but I think the cost was excessive for what we actually got but then I guess you have to pay peoples salaries! So just a bit overpriced.

Excellent
This tour was worthwhile for anyone looking to hit the highlights of London. Personally, I think Westminster Abbey did not compare to a tour I did earlier of St. Paul’s, but that’s just comparing historic sites. Patrick, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, personable, and provided great information. We started at Westminster Abbey with Patrick, and when we got to the Houses of Parliament, we were released to an official Parliament tour guide. That tour was fantastic as well. Very informative and perfectly paced.
