Eileen was an absolutely outstanding food tasting tour guide in Rome. Her deep knowledge of local cuisine truly elevated the entire experience. She didn’t just take us from one stop to another—she brought each dish to life with stories, history, and insights that you simply wouldn’t get on your own.<br />What stood out most was her passion and authenticity. Eileen clearly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she engages with her guests and the care she puts into every detail of the tour.
