Highly recommended, worth every penny, authentic Roman experience, great company, tour guides Stefano and Luca were fantastic leads for pasta making class

Excellent
Our instructor was amazing! She was very fun and obviously knowledgeable about the simple beauty of making fresh pasta. For a group of total amateurs, we made some amazingly good pasta and I believe it inspired everyone to make our own (at least occasionally) going forward. The worst part is that my stomach wasn't big enough to actually eat it all. The only real issue I had was with the website not working, so I had to speak with an agent and have them book everything for me. 10/10 would recommend though!

We thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making class, it was great fun and we loved getting to try the pasta we made. Both teachers were enthusiastic and engaging. We would encourage anyone visiting Rome to take part in the class.

Fantastic pasta making from beginning to end and did not disappoint. Tour guide was fabulous, kitchen and facilities were immaculate and very organised. Food, nibbles and wine were absolutely amazing. Pasta and sauces that we were taught how make were spot on would definitely recommend ! We were a group of 10 male and females ages 20 - 65

Know before you book

Is this really the best cooking class in Rome?
We think so—and 100,000+ happy guests and over 3,000 five-star reviews back us up. This isn’t just a pasta-making class in Rome. It’s a deep dive into Italian culinary traditions, led by real chefs, in an atmosphere that feels more dinner party than demo.
Do I need any cooking experience?
Zero. Nada. None. Whether you’re a confident home cook or have never cracked an egg, our chefs will walk you through every step. All you need is a little curiosity (and maybe a love of carbs).
What exactly will I make?
You’ll make two types of fresh pasta—fettuccine and ravioli—completely from scratch. You’ll also prepare two classic Roman sauces and enjoy a live demo of traditional Italian gelato (with plenty of tasting, of course).
Is prosecco really unlimited?
It is. You’ll be welcomed with a glass and we’ll keep it flowing throughout the class and dinner. Don’t drink? No problem—non-alcoholic options are always available.
Where is the class held?
Right in the heart of Trastevere—one of Rome’s most beloved and picturesque neighborhoods. Our bright, modern kitchen is purpose-built for a comfortable, hands-on experience.
Will I get to eat what I make?
Absolutely. After cooking, we’ll all sit down for a full family-style Roman meal with your handmade pasta, fresh gelato, and new friends around the table.
Is this a good experience for solo travelers?
Yes! Many of our guests come solo and leave with new friends. This class is warm, welcoming, and a great way to connect over food.
Are dietary restrictions accommodated?
We do our best! Many stops offer vegetarian options, but please note that vegan, gluten-free, or severe allergy accommodations may be limited. Let us know your needs in advance and we’ll do our best to help.
How many people are in the class?
We keep it intimate—never more than 14 guests. That means plenty of personal attention, space to cook, and a relaxed, social vibe.
