The tour with Jett was an excellent overview of the Museum. Very much interesting information packed into the two hours. We have been to the Met before, but this tour helped us figure out what else we want to focus on when we visited two days after the tour!

A Must-Do Tour Experience with Charlie! I had a fantastic experience on a three-hour guided tour with Charlie. From start to finish, he was incredibly well-spoken, engaging, and thoughtful in the way he led the group. Are there any restrictions on what I can bring into the 911 Museum?
You will need to pass through airport-style security to enter the 9/11 Museum. Certain items are not permitted in the Museum and such as weapons, sharp items and scissors, or large bags. Dangerous items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Large bags will not be allowed inside the museum.
Is this tour accessible to guests with mobility impairments?
Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, or for wheelchairs or strollers. Please contact the Guest Experience team at [email protected] to make alternative arrangements.
Will my guide enter the 911 Museum with me?
