This was a great tour. I learned a lot about what happened Sept 11. Sarah was great as our guide before going to the museum. She added personal family stories that made the tour. I would recommend to anyone wanting to learn a little bit more separate from the museum tour.

Of course very moving experience visiting the 9/11 memorial. Learned a lot of “behind the scenes” info from our tour host Kevin. Loved that the tour started at St Peter’s Church and we went to multiple sites and heard the back stories of bravery and heartache. Went to museum also, was not able to stay long. But what we did see was incredible lay heart wrenching

Kevin was a font of wonderful information. He really brough the event to light as a native New Yorker. He also provided meaningful information about how the victims of 9/11 were honored.

Kevin was an amazing guide for the 9/11 Memorial tour. He’s a New York local and incredibly knowledgeable—not just facts, but real stories, history, and context that made everything meaningful and emotional. He answered every question with patience and depth. I highly recommend joining his tour. It’s the best way to experience and understand the memorial.

Know Before You Book
Are there any restrictions on what I can bring into the 911 Museum?
You will need to pass through airport-style security to enter the 9/11 Museum. Certain items are not permitted in the Museum and such as weapons, sharp items and scissors, or large bags. Dangerous items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Large bags will not be allowed inside the museum.
Is this tour accessible to guests with mobility impairments?
Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, or for wheelchairs or strollers. Please contact the Guest Experience team at [email protected] to make alternative arrangements.
Will my guide enter the 911 Museum with me?
The museum portion of this tour is self-guided to give you time on your own.
