This cooking class was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Spain. From the start, our chef Dan made us feel welcome and excited to dive into Spanish cuisine. The visit to the local market was so full of color and flavor, and Dan brought it all to life with stories, insight, and charm.<br /><br />Back in the kitchen, we rolled up our sleeves and learned how to make a traditional paella, delicious tapas, and the most incredible homemade aioli—his mom’s recipe, which we will absolutely be recreating at home. Every part of the class was hands-on and fun, and Dan’s warmth and passion made the experience feel more like cooking with friends than taking a class.<br /><br />We left with full hearts, full bellies, and a whole new appreciation for Spanish food. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a meaningful and unforgettable experience in Madrid. It was truly five stars all the way.
