Arantxa was a fabulous guide and chef for our class of 10. We made delicious tapas and paella. She is extremely passionate about food, and it’s evident in the way she chooses seasonal ingredients and local vendors. I commend her for giving back to community markets. Beyond her knowledge of food, she’s extremely vibrant and funny. Highly recommend Arantxa’s class ☺️

CHef ARantxa was fantastic ! Her great sense of humor was peppered throughout our educational cooking experience. A very enjoyable and fun class! The chef makes the difference and she is one of the best!

Arantxa was our tour guide and a wonderful chef! She brought us to the market and introduced us to different types of beans, meats, and fruit. She is very knowledgeable. <br />The cooking class was fabulous!!!! this is a woman who knows her way on the kitchen. She knows how to season. She knows how to teach and she knows how to present!<br />I only wish that I had more days in Spain. I would love to take another cooking class with her.<br />I highly recommend his class and I highly recommend Arantxa.
