Madrid Prado Museum Tour & VIP Botin Lunch

I’m not particularly knowledgeable about the world of art, so I was looking for a guide who could help me explore the Prado and, more importantly, help me see the best of it. This tour did that perfectly. Cassie was a fantastic host. She was knowledgeable, engaging and had a wonderful way of bringing the paintings and the history behind them to life. She kept us enthralled as we explored the key pieces, and I came away with a much greater appreciation not only for the artwork, but also for the history of Spain. And then came another treat — access to Botín before opening time. Getting to see the kitchen and cellars, before sitting down together for a wonderful meal. Croquettas, suckling pig and the most amazing cheesecake that I would come back to Madrid especially for. Botín also happily catered for a variety of dietary requirements, which was much appreciated.
