The experience is very different from a visit during day time. The beautifully lit buildings, the information given by the Yeoman Warder (which is also different from a day time tour), I loved it. It's not allowed to film the ceremony itself, which makes you live the moment even more intense. I absolutely recommend this tour, it was the perfect finish of my London visit!

The tour was very good and informative as it was a small group and a relaxed vibe. This coupled with watching the ceremony of the keys was special. However, the cost I felt was exorbitant and rather took the edge of what was an experience. However, it was the only way to see the ceremony of the keys. Our Yeoman warder told us that the ceremony was booked out until the end of the year so it must be companies block booking the ceremony of the keys and then adding onto it with hugely inflated prices. Having now done it we will not be booking again.

This tour does not include access to the Crown Jewels or access inside the buildings. This is a tour of the Grounds only and The Ceremony of the Keys.

Is there much walking on this tour?

Yes, this tour does involve walking. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty and comfortable walking shoes are a must!
