Emily, our tour guide, was very professional, calm, knowledgeable and entertaining. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to lead our tour! Emily had to quickly adapt to an unexpected 1-hour major disruption to our tour start time and program caused by the venue operator, but she handled it all in a completely calm, professional and innovative way and even extended the tour finish time for us. We are so grateful Emily was assigned as our tour guide and we highly recommend Emily and this tour.
