Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets at 3 Tower Place, London EC3R 5BT. Meet your coordinator for check-in at the West Gate entrance, which is opposite the Starbucks and in front of the Tower of London giftshop. There is a large tree with benches next to where the coordinator will be waiting.

Dominick is a first-rate tour guide: informative but not pedantic, kept us moving but didn’t rush us or walk too slowly. We were running late to this tour (London traffic!), so I called the company to see what our chances were to still be able to attend. A super-nice lady named Princess did everything she could to let the tour know our situation and to explain our options should we not make it. Thanks to her persistence and kindness, we did make it, and we were so grateful. I most definitely recommend this tour company.

The tour was just perfect. It started without waiting in line. Right at the beginning we had the opportunity to view the crown jewels - we didn't have to queue for that either. Paul, our guide, was waiting outside at the agreed meeting point. He provided us with lots of interesting information throughout the entire tour and had all sorts of exciting and funny stories to tell about the tower. We can highly recommend the tour and would book it again at any time.
