Our tour guide was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly and interesting. Tour had a lunch break that gives you time to see some thing's not on tour. We were very pleased.

We had only a very short stay in Florence, so opted for this 5 1/2 hr. walking tour. Chiara, our guide was exceptionally great! Her knowledge of and love for her city shone through and through. We were able to go to get into scheduled sites quickly and easily. Terrific bang for your bucks!
