Best of Florence Walking Tour With David & The Duomo

Great way to see David and the Cathedral and to learn about the rich history of Florence! Agnes was a terrific guide!

Learned a lot from Elena about the David, Michaelangelo, the city of Florence. Worth it for “skip the line” and VIP access to the Duomo outside terrace.

Feeling very guilty we never got our tour guide’s name and while he was super knowledgeable, at times I felt bombarded with information. While we walked through the city, I would have like more time to soak in the beauty of the city. As an older woman, I needed to pay attention to walking on uneven surfaces and curbs, but our guide was oblivious to these, which is totally understandable as a native of the city. Don’t get me wrong, though, it was a great tour with tons of info about the history of the city.

Lots of walking but well paced. Stephanie was knowledgeable and helped us see the unique and “understated” less known aspects of what we were seeing. Going in the afternoon, although hit (not the tours fault) made for less crowds—a bonus!
