Excellent
Elena shared so many wonderful stories and information regarding the artwork and each place we visited. We loved having someone local Share their love and knowledge of the area. Elena was extremely knowledgeable, communicated well and kept us engaged. She was a great tour guide!

Great
Tour itself was very well done with knowledgable guide. Having said that, it was not exactly what was purchased. The day before the tour we were notified that we woo see the Duomo but instead went to Church of the Guilds. Felt like a bit of bait and switch.

Excellent
very interesting... unfortunately the guide, although very sweet, was a bit boring and went on and on. She needed to be a bit more engaging.

Great
This Florence tour was very brisk! It was an amazing sight to see everything but do note that it is quite a fast tour. Because there are so many things to see and very little time, the walking pace was quite quick. Christina was a good guide. Would recommend you do the tour first and then come back for places you want to take pictures.
