This tour was excellent. Marilisa, our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the food and community. She added a lot of extra information. The food was excellent too and there was plenty of it along with a lot of wine.

Our tour guide Paulo was very knowledgeable and experienced with our tour. He spoke about the history of the region and how it connected with our food. <br /><br />We were lucky to be in a small group which allowed us to ask lots of questions that Paulo answered without hesitation. <br /><br />The food itself was sublime. A wide range of meals with plenty to drink in between.<br /><br />Overall the best tour we have taken, thanks largely to the excellent guidance from Paulo.

Excellent
Francesca our guide, had a real passion for her home town of Firenze and she was an awesome guide! She seamlessly mixed history with food and drink. She picked places that were popular and hidden. I would recommend it to everybody and would do it again. Perfect way to start our trip in Florence and get acclimated. Fantastico!

The food and wine was excellent. I had 2 opportunities, the guide can provide more history, commentary during the process. There were some great insights but I felt there were times that we were left talking among ourselves where more stories, history and facts could have been shared. Lastly, we waited 15 mins for one guest. I feel they should have asked her to catch up at the first stop.
