Marco was fabulous, from the time of gathering until the finish of the evening he made every effort to not only get to know all members of the group, he also made sure everyone was totally and completely satisfied with his explanation of the food, traditions and the physical area we were exploring. In honesty, this ended up being much more than just a food tour of Florence. I would hope that in the future, a bio of the guides could be provided as part of the booking experience.
