Jessica was enthusiastic about the art and history of Florence and the Renaissance so we gained so much more from her knowledge, to enjoy and appreciate the beautiful Florence.<br />Take comfortable shoes and sit down when you can. Brenda was amazing!!! So knowledgeable and friendly, she did a great job of showing us so many fun hidden features of the city. Her pace was perfect, she frequently stopped and checked in with everyone for their comfort. Can’t recommend her highly enough, she was awesome!!!

Excellent tour - great access to the Duomo, the roof top and the terraces and the church after - truly alone, we closed the place down. The guide was excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, easy to understand, easy to convey info and adjust on the fly. Highly recommended. Worth the high price - I booked for my family and my 10 yo was appreciating it (despite not being very interested in history!)

Know Before You Book

Is this tour accessible for wheelchair users or guests with mobility issues?

Due to conditions inside the Duomo (463 steps and fairly narrow passageways), wheelchair users, those with limited mobility, and anyone with claustrophobia unfortunately cannot be accommodated on this tour.

Are children able to take this tour?

Due to security reasons, children under 7 years of age aren't allowed to climb to the Terraces and are therefore unable to participate in this tour. Minors between the ages of 7-17 must be accompanied by an adult to climb the Terraces.

What can I bring inside the Florence Cathedral?

Visitors to the Cathedral must use mandatory luggage storage (Piazza Duomo n. 38/r) to leave the following items before entry: suitcases, backpacks, and large or medium-sized bags.
