Very well organized tour. Lorenzo kept everyone engaged but also had a positive and energetic effect on the experience. He even memorized everyone’s name. Transportation was reliable and comfortable. A great experience for anyone looking to spend a day in Tuscany. Highly recommended.

Overall it was good, the tour progressed at a good pace, and free time was enough. The family winery tasting and lunch in Chianti was excellent and I would say possibly the highlight of the day. Only big concern is that many of us placed an order at the winery to have shipped and have never heard from them since and it has been a month already. The average order was 150 - 300 euro so if it was a scam, it's a big loss.

We enjoyed our tour with Maria. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. It was a great day. Our driver was excellent. We felt very safe.
