Is this tour suitable for people with mobility issues?

We would like to inform that starting from December 2, 2024, the two elevators located in the east wing of the Uffizi, near the main staircase, will be unavailable to the public due to maintenance work. The main staircase consists of 4 flights, totaling 126 steps. Guests who are unable to climb the stairs and require the elevator to access the main floor of the Gallery should proceed to the hall in front of the main staircase once inside the museum. There, museum staff will assist them in reaching the elevators located in the west wing.

Do I need to bring an ID?

You must provide the following details for every guests in your party at the time of booking: first name, last name. All guests must bring ID on the day of their tour.

Excellent

Our tour guide, Greta, was excellent. Super knowledgeable about the history of Florence, all the artwork and history of what she showed us in the Accademia & Uffizi. We had a rainy cold day, but she made the experience very enjoyable and we loved all the history and information she gave us. We weren't ready for the tour to end.
