A visit to San Marco is not new to us. However, in the short time we had on this tour we learned a lot about the basilica and had an amazing experience. I can’t imagine that I could have enjoyed this more. The tour guide was fantastic, and she lent a real Venetian feeling to the experience. I can easily imagine taking this tour again if we come to Venice for another visit.

Nicole, our guide was amazing. Personable and able to provide so much background to SSt Mark's Basilica. He was great at keeping some of the other tour groups at bay and giving us details of all the stories from the old testament and the proceess of the mosaic application. My partner is agnostic and was blown away by the incredible sight of the interior and the Bible stories that Nico brought to life. Perfecto!

Yes. Because it is a holy place, St. Mark's Basilica insists that both men and women wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees. They can and will refuse entry to anyone who does not meet this standard and we can't do anything about it, so come prepared.

No. Photography and videography is not permitted inside the Basilica.
