Fantastic tour. We were staying in Padua and wanted to visit Venice but were a bit put off by stories of crowds, queues and congestion. This tour solved all of that - giving us access to key attractions, minimising queuing time, navigating the city well, seeing less well known sites and learning a lot about both the history and the current nature of the city. Mose was an excellent guide - knowledgeable and witty, with an astute sense of what visitors will find interesting. The overall effect was to turn the visit that we might not have done into the high point of the week.

Does St. Mark's Basilica have a dress code?
Yes. Because it is a holy place, St. Mark's Basilica insists that both men and women wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees. They can and will refuse entry to anyone who does not meet this standard and we can't do anything about it, so come prepared.
Is lunch included on this tour?
No. But your guide is always happy to offer you plenty of recommendations for great places to eat in the vicinity that will suit any price point.
Is there much walking on this tour?
Yes, this tour does involve walking. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty and comfortable walking shoes are a must!
Is this tour accessible to guests with mobility impairments?
Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, or for wheelchairs or strollers. Please contact the Guest Experience team at [email protected] to make alternative arrangements.
Can I take a bag with me into St. Mark's Basilica?
You can only take small bags into St. Mark's. Anything bigger than a purse - backpacks or luggage - is prohibited. There is no coat check either, so do not bring any large bags with you.

This experience is refundable up to 3 days before your tour. Important: You must provide the following details for every guests in your party at the time of booking: first name and last name. All guests must bring ID on the day of their tour as it is required to visit the St. Mark's Basilica.
