Is this really the best cooking class in Rome?

We think so—and 100,000+ happy guests and over 3,000 five-star reviews back us up. This isn’t just a pasta-making class in Rome. It’s a deep dive into Italian culinary traditions, led by real chefs, in an atmosphere that feels more dinner party than demo.
Do I need any cooking experience?

Zero. Nada. None. Whether you’re a confident home cook or have never cracked an egg, our chefs will walk you through every step. All you need is a little curiosity (and maybe a love of carbs).
What exactly will I make?

You’ll make two types of fresh pasta—fettuccine and ravioli—completely from scratch. You’ll also prepare two classic Roman sauces and enjoy a live demo of traditional Italian gelato (with plenty of tasting, of course).
Is prosecco really unlimited?

It is. You’ll be welcomed with a glass and we’ll keep it flowing throughout the class and dinner. Don’t drink? No problem—non-alcoholic options are always available.
Where is the class held?

Right in the heart of Trastevere—one of Rome’s most beloved and picturesque neighborhoods. Our bright, modern kitchen is purpose-built for a comfortable, hands-on experience.
Will I get to eat what I make?

Absolutely. After cooking, we’ll all sit down for a full family-style Roman meal with your handmade pasta, fresh gelato, and new friends around the table.
Is this a good experience for solo travelers?

Yes! Many of our guests come solo and leave with new friends. This class is warm, welcoming, and a great way to connect over food.
Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

We do our best! Vegetarian options are available, but please note we may have limited flexibility with gluten-free or vegan diets due to the nature of the dishes. Let us know in advance and we’ll see what we can do.
How many people are in the class?

We keep it intimate—never more than 14 guests. That means plenty of personal attention, space to cook, and a relaxed, social vibe.
