Our Pledge to Sustainable Tourism in Madrid

Madrid is where the story of Devour Tours began, and we’re proud to still be working with many of the same familiar faces that our very first Devourers got to know back in 2012! As the Madrid we know and love changes more with each passing year, it’s more important than ever to support its small, family-run food businesses. From madrileños whose roots in the city date back generations, to immigrants from other regions of Spain (and even across the world!) bringing their culinary traditions to the city, each of them forms part of Madrid’s heart and soul—and we can’t wait for you to meet them.

Daniel was wonderful! He was warm, humorous, and thorough, involving everyone in our family of 11 adults in the process of cooking a delicious meal that we also got to eat. He provided many insights into the process and kept everyone interested in what was going on. I highly recommend him and will share his information with with my well travelled friends
