The Louvre Museum is the largest in the world with a collection that spans the ages. Experience all it has to offer on this comprehensive, small group tour taking you beyond the Mona Lisa to the lesser-known masterworks, just waiting to be discovered!
There’s a reason why the Louvre is the most visited museum in the world - it’s big, really big! It would be impossible to map out a route that encompasses the staggering 35,000 distinct works of art on display at any one time, but this tour takes you beyond the usual for a comprehensive and illuminating Louvre experience.
You’ll begin outside the Arch du Carrousel where you’ll meet your expert guide and small group of six people maximum. Take a trip back in time to when the Louvre was...
Meet your guide at the statue next to the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel in front of the Louvre Museum. When facing the Arc, meet at the winged statue on the left. (Important: Be careful to not confuse the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel with the Arc de Triomphe de l'Etoile up the Champs Elysées Avenue.)
Please meet 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.
