Excellent experience! Our family of eight especially appreciated having someone meet us at the Paris train station and handle the logistics of getting to Versailles, which made the day so much easier. Our guide was a French historian and brought incredible value to the experience, sharing stories and details we would not have discovered on our own. I highly recommend this tour, especially for the added convenience and support navigating the journey from Paris.

Our guide was fabulous! She was extremely knowledgeable of the history of Versailles, Kings Louis XIV, XV, and XVI, and life during their times. In addition, she was very engaging and enthusiastic, making the information she shared both very interesting and memorable.

It was amazing. The knowledge of our guide was second to none. Bel did a wonderful job explaining all the pertinent lessons about Versailles. With her extensive background in history and art history she literally brought the castle to life. She also took such great care of my pregnant daughter. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

A good level of mobility is required and wearing comfortable shoes is recommended. Unfortunately, given the uneven surfaces and transport provided, this tour is not suitable for those requiring wheelchairs currently.
