Excellent
Alessandro was wonderful. As a long-time resident and history teacher, he was able to tell us what it’s like to live there now and what life was like hundreds of years ago. He pointed out lots of long-time local merchants and restaurants and made great suggestions about what we should visit during the rest of our stay.

Great
Overall, this tour was a good way to start our time in Venice, especially if it’s your first visit. Alessandro was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and funny, which made the walking tour both informative and enjoyable. He did a great job explaining the city’s history while keeping things light and engaging. The gondola ride at the end was definitely the highlight and a perfect way to wrap up the experience. Access to St. Mark’s Basilica was included in the tour fee, but we never actually went inside, and it wasn’t clear whether we were supposed to do that on our own or if it was skipped altogether—so if you book this tour, be sure to ask about that ahead of time. Aside from that, it’s a solid tour that helps you get oriented and comfortable in Venice.

Excellent
Loved the sites but the tour guide was unapproachable with questions from the group. She was un charismatic to your customers. She needs to be reprimanded for her attitude and behavior towards your customers!
