Our tour guide, Daniella was amazing and really made the experience special. We booked our tour before Devour merged with Walks, so all our our emails, receipts were all wrong and led to broken links, so it was extremely difficult and stressful trying to get details and information the closer we got to our trip. We originally booked the morning tour to go see the Rialto Market, but when the companies merged, it got switched to the 5pm tour and we got NO notification. We didn’t find out until we showed up for the morning tour and there was no one there. Luckily we still got the evening tour, but the market was closed so we didn’t get that experience.

Our guide, Jennifer, was very easy to find, as expected, in front of the church. We'd hot footed it across town from the station (about 20 mins walk) after finding the vaporetto far too busy for us to get on.
Jennifer was friendly, knowledgeable and made the tour very fun with some fantastic snippets of information too. We were so impressed with the food we sampled. We were expecting just a small nibble at each venue but no, we received very generous samples and we were extremely impressed. Highly recommend this tour!
