Our Seville Tapas, Taverns & History Tour was absolutely great. Our guide, Alejandro, was full of enthusiasm and passion about Andalusian food. It was a small group and
was very convivial which added to the enjoyment.
The venues we visited were all excellent and genuine. They were all so good that we went back for more tapas during our stay. We booked the tour on our first evening in Seville and it set us up for the rest of the holiday. This tour is more than just food, Alejandro talked about food production, the ingredients, especially about the pig for jamón ibérico, olive oil and the culture of eating in Andalucía. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and we will be more than willing to join another one in another city.
