Excellent
Fantastic experience! Full day from Rome to Pompeii and stopped for shopping and lunch in Sorrento before heading back to Rome. Highly recommend. Bring your walking shoes! Well worth it! So much education packed in one day.

This is a great experience, Pompei is amazing and so much to see. Our trip included a stop in Sorrento for lunch and a city walk. Sorrento is beautiful great little town. The lunch was just ok. Pompei tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered any question we had. The only negative about the experience is the Pompei tour is a bit rushed 1.5 hrs its go go go. John Paul was a great tour guide for this experience he is very knowledgeable and fun.

Our tour guides John Paul and Serena were very knowledgeable and friendly. Not too many people there, but still able to see a little bit of everything. Set at a good pace for the most part, time to take photos and look closely at all the relics on show.

I feel I need to write this review after our tour to Pompeii and the Sorrento coast day trip. First I have to give a big mention to our first guide "Johnny" within a very short time of meeting Johnny gave you the feeling that you were in very good hands very warm in personality and has a supreme knowledge of the place's of interest during our travelling time to Pompeii everything was done at a very comfortable pace no rush to anything nothing is a problem for Johnny as he is very very professional and is an extreme asset to Walks of Italy. On our arrival at Pompeii Johnny handed us over to Brunella who is the most wonderful person and guide and she made the tour so so interesting her attention to detail during the tour was extraordinary so you will not miss anything during the tour time Brunella made it so interesting it was like she was telling you a story which shows how much work and dedication she applies to her job again another big advantage by choosing Walks of Italy to go on these tours with. On the completion of the tour we were then back in the hands of Johnny who then provided a fantastic running commentary down to Sorrento on arrival there he then provided a run down on the various restaurants and what they had to offer with recommendations. You also get time to explore the local area which was very nice. On our return journey back to Rome we were then asked if we enjoyed it.......this is a 5 ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ tour which you are totally looked after by the company and their representatives.

It has been a phantastic experience not only from historical and landscape point of view but also due to the structure of the tour itself from a human and knowledge side delivered by Joh n Paul and the guide Brunella as well as from the good driving of mini van.
