What is the cancellation policy for this tour?

This tour is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the event. Within 7 days, this tour is 100% non-refundable.
Do I need to bring my passport/ID with me?

Yes! All guests (including children) must bring a government-issued ID/passport on the day of their tour. Failure to bring an ID can result in the security staff refusing your entrance to the monument. The full names of all participants are required at the time of booking and must match the names on their ID/passport.
Can I change the name for my ticket after booking?

Name corrections are possible up to 7 days before the visit. After this, changes may not be possible.
What happens if my name doesn’t match my ID?

It's very important that you provide your full name exactly as it matches your ID at time of booking. If the name on your ticket does not match your ID, security may deny entry and sadly there's nothing we can do. Refunds will not be provided.
