The tour blended culture, history, myth, and daily life. It highlighted iconic works while explaining their meaning when created and their enduring relevance today. Hugo presented it all with humor and undeniable truth. His analysis of Liberté was especially moving. He also celebrated the magnificence of France and why its art resonates so deeply across every facet of society.
