We were in NYC on a very cold winter day (1/29/2026) and chose the Grand Central Terminal Tour quite randomly. Booking and check-in were easy. The history and stories associated with this beautiful building and its place in railroad history were really something. But the absolute best part of the tour was our wonderful guide, CATHERINE! She was knowledgeable, professional, engaging and knew EVERYTHING about Grand Central! She is a terrific story teller! I would take any tour she led.
