Rob, our tour guide, is very friendly and welcoming man. He took us to key stops around the terminal pointing out things and providing information that ordinarily we could have easily missed. Highly recommended!

Fascinating! Kevin was an excellent guide, sharing his knowledge of the history of Grand Central Terminal including lots of visuals, and putting it in the wider context of NYC. We appreciated having the perspective of a native New Yorker, and his sense of humor. A great way to spend 90 min.
