Sam was a fantastic guide - friendly, entertaining and knowledgeable. The tastings were very generous and Sam gave us wonderful background and recommendations. We tried a range of product (olives, anchovies, ham, olive oil etc) at local markets as well as visiting local owner run stores - many with interesting history.
