I went with my sister on Feb 2th and our guide, Aafke, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, funny, approachable and made the group feel in ease with each other.<br />The tapas places were awesome, full of history and good food and drinks. The mushrooms were particularly tasty.

How much food and drink is included?
Plenty! You’ll enjoy 10+ traditional tapas and 5 drinks (including vermouth, cava, and regional wines) across three family-run stops. It’s a full dinner, Barcelona-style. Come hungry.
What kind of tapas will I try?
The lineup varies with the seasons and availability, but expect a mix of Catalan and Spanish staples—things like *butifarra* sausage, crema catalana, fried fish, croquettes, and more. Every dish is carefully chosen to reflect local traditions and flavors.
What drinks are included?
Each stop includes a traditional drink—like vermouth on tap, crisp ciders, and quality Spanish wines. If you don’t drink alcohol, no worries—there are non-alcoholic options available at every stop.
Is this a walking tour?
Yes, but it’s a gentle stroll with plenty of breaks. Along the way, you’ll explore Madrid’s historic center, including the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and hidden streets in the Habsburg Quarter.
