Loved our cooking class with Daniel! He was engaging and shared his incredible knowledge of the Spanish culture and cooking techniques. Our family learned so much and can’t wait to go home to try the recipes we learned in class. The class was structured a little differently in that we took turns helping him cook the dishes rather than having individual cooking stations to do it ourselves. But there was a portion of hands-on prep like making our own croquettas and assembling our pinxtos. All in all, it was a very delicious and fun experience that I’d highly recommend if you are visiting Madrid!

Danny was the best! Made us all feel very welcome and thought us all more about the Spanish cuisine. Yummy croquets, paella, and drinks!
