Is this tour accessible for wheelchairs or guests with mobility impairments?
This tour requires some uphill and downhill walking, including a couple of fairly steep streets. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty and we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. As such, unfortunately, this tour route is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Please contact our Customer Experience team to find suitable alternative tours.
Will the boat ride still take place in inclement weather?
The boat ride can be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions. In that case, a mode of alternative transport will be provided.
Are there dairy free/gluten free alternatives to the custard tart?
The traditional Portuguese custard tarts contain dairy and gluten, and unfortunately we cannot offer gluten free or dairy free alternatives.
