What makes this different from other food tours in Lisbon?

This isn’t just about eating—it’s about understanding. Your guide brings Lisbon’s history, neighborhoods, and food culture together into one seamless experience. And because it's private, you shape the conversations with your guide around what matters most to you.
Is this a private tour?

Yes, this is a private for a maximum of 8 people. That means you get your own personal guide, real seating at every stop, time for actual conversation, and the kind of access you don't get in a bigger group.
How much food and drink is included?

Plenty! You’ll enjoy 10+ traditional tapas and 5 drinks (including vermouth, cava, and regional wines) across three family-run stops. It’s a full dinner, Barcelona-style. Come hungry.
Where does the tour take place?

Around Bareclona´s old town, starting near the cathedral and winding through some of its most characterful streets. The stops sit close together, and the walk between them is short.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! We can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please let us know when you book your tour. This experience is not recommended for vegans and, due to the risk of gluten cross-contamination, this tour is not recommended for those with celiac disease.
What's included in the price?

A private 2.5-hour tour with an expert family guide, all food and drink tastings (churros, hot chocolate, tapas, coffee, and drinks for parents), entry to the Metropol Parasol, and all activities.
Is this a walking tour?

Yes, but it’s a gentle stroll with plenty of breaks. Along the way, you’ll explore Madrid’s historic center, including the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and hidden streets in the Habsburg Quarter.
Can I customize the route or food stops on a private tour?

Our routes and tastings are thoughtfully planned in advance. Each stop has been chosen for its craft, character, and place in the neighborhood’s daily life. Keeping the route intact allows the experience to unfold smoothly without rushing or waiting. That way you can simply arrive and enjoy a table, seat, or bite waiting just for you. While the route itself stays the same, the rhythm is yours. Your guide adjusts the pace to suit your group.
What time does the tour start and end?

The tour begins at 5:30 PM and runs approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. You'll finish in time to enjoy the rest of your evening in one of Lisbon's liveliest neighborhoods.
