I am debating between the show at Cardamomo and Cafetin La Quimera. I have been to see flamenco twice, once in Granada and the other at Casa Patas in Madrid. I would really like to see a traditional and authentic show and not fall into a tourist trap. Dinner is fine but it is not the most important thing, I want to focus on the music, especially the singing and guitar. What do you recommend more?

I’m a flamenco fanatic and have been to Seville several times. Is there a place in Madrid similar to the Casa de la Memoria in Seville, which is small and intimate with just a show of perhaps 3 or 4 performers? Thanks
