This tour goes far beyond just eating—it truly immerses you in local traditions.<br /><br />Our guide was Sophie P was absolutely fantastic: warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about Andalusian cuisine and customs. We visited authentic, family-run tapas bars that we never would have found on our own, tasting a wide variety of traditional dishes and local drinks. Every stop came with stories about the food, the neighborhoods, and how tapas culture is woven into daily life in Seville.<br /><br />What made this tour stand out was the balance between delicious food and cultural insight. Excellent way to learn about the food and culture in Seville in a fun and interesting way. Sophie P was informative and fun and was a great guide. I highly recommend this tour if you want to know what is true Seville cuisine and not just another tourist trap.
