Ava was amazing! She was so thorough and the pace was great. Because of the earpieces we were able to focus on her and hear her clearly. The fact that they start the tours early to avoid the crowds was awesome!

Our guide was very informative, and we did the “first thing in the morning” tour to avoid some of the crowd. The pace of the tour is quick, maybe too quick, as, other than a 15 min stop on top, there really wasn’t any time to take pictures. A few more picture opportunities would have been welcomed. We did enjoy the museum tour as well

Tour guide should be provided extra listening devices. Mine did not work and the guide did not have spares. If I was not in earshot of him, I was out of luck.

Great tour but the adjective “Pristine” is deceptive. We were in line just before gates opened but there were understandably a lot of people. You’re just in the first rush of people.
