We were only in New York City for three days. We have been here several times before and wanted to explore new experiences. The two of us had not been to Grand Central Station and were staying nearby. We looked up tours and this one received really good reviews so we signed up. We are so glad that we dia. We were greeted by Zizi at the ticket booth and I cannot remember ever being greeted by someone at a ticket counter with anyone with anything close to the friendliness and enthusiasm as Zizi. Once our group was all assembled she came and told us all about her experience cheering on the Knicks who had just won the championship 3 days before and even showed us a video of her on the local news. She told us our guide for the day was going to be Aaron and that we would really like him. She was definitely right! Aaron told us engaging stories right from the beginning and captured our interest for the entire tour. He is so well informed with information that we would never have known without going on the tour. He stopped and answered us any times we had questions and even offered to take pictures of any of us who wanted them taken. We saw and learned so much on our 90 minute tour. He showed us the whispering walls and it was really fun to try it with our partners.

Our guide Ana was fun and informative. She had a lot of very interesting details, and made Grand Central come alive for us!
