We’d been to the Prado Museum and Botín Restaurant almost 20 yrs ago, but we really wanted to go back to the Botín because it was one of our favorite dining experience of all time. We thought the guided tour to the Prado would just be an extra perk from the tour, but it ended up being just as rewarding as the return visit to the Botín. Our guide Cassie was absolutely fantastic, bringing insight and perspectives to both spots that made this tour very special. We are fairly well-traveled and have visited many museums, but Cassie’s demeanor, knowledge, insights and pacing made this our favorite museum experience of all time. We learned so much about the key pieces at the Prado and this history of Spain. And of course, having a behind the scenes tour of Botín, topped off with the best roast pork suckling and lamb you’ll ever have, and then THE BEST cheesecake (do not skip this) just made the entire experience unforgettable.

Mariano was the best tour guide we could have! He’s so passionate about art and history and the way he guided us through the Prado Museum was amazing. Lunch at Botin was delicious, it was amazing getting to know the history behind what we were having.

Mariano was a great tour guide, really knew his stuff about the art and the Prado Museum, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. Super friendly guy too.<br />Lunch at Botín was honestly incredible. Don’t skip it if you get the chance. And seriously, get the cheesecake, it’s worth it. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Florin was excellent! Made the museum tour very enjoyable and I left with a whole new appreciation for the works of art at Prado. Lunch at Botin was great too. The suckling pig is a must!

Had a great day visiting the Prado and then tour and lunch at Botin. We are not art connoisseurs but knew we wanted to see one of the world's most well-known art museums so we appreciated Montse's guidance through the museum. She showed us interesting works and shared great insight while making the tour interesting. Botin was also more fun with Montse's guidance, I am sure. The tour of Botin was interesting and we are so happy we did that along with having lunch there.
