Mariano was out our guide! Trained classically in Art history he gave us great insights into the treasures in the Prado Museum! He brought the history of Spain and its monarchs into the art masterpieces of the time! The only way to get a table at ElBotin restaurant is through this or a similar tour! All wee worth it!

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring the Prado Museum and dining at Botín.<br />Our guide, Mariano, was fabulous. So friendly and engaging with us. Mariano’s knowledge of art and art history made it even more exciting. <br />We then headed to Botín for lunch. What an experience dining at a restaurant that has been around since 1725!<br />Mariano provided information about the history of the establishment as well as the meal and wine we had.<br />We would definitely recommend this tour and having Mariano as your guide.

This was a treat for my birthday and I finished it with a smile on my face. Our guide, Arantxa, knew her way in the Prado and gave us a well informative review of paintings that reflected (parts of) the history of Spain. We, obviously, couldn't see it all, but what we saw raised my curiosity, so I will be back. Our walk through the Literature neighbourhood felt a bit rushed, but it meant more time at Botin, the World's Oldest restaurant. Food, wine and service brilliant, not to mention the surprise birthday tiramisu I was presented with. A well recommended tour and, if you are into art, culture and good food, a great way to celebrate your birthday
