Natalia was wonderful from the beginning; warm, thoughtful and funny. She made it a point to learn everyone’s name, paced us well (we had different age groups) and keep engaging with folks as we walked and ate. Her extensive history and cultural knowledge also made it easy and insightful to connect with meaningful sites like Igreja de São Domingos or with fun facts, like that the bifanas we ate were cooked by the same chef as the sandwiches eaten and rated by Anthony Bourdain. The places she took us to all felt authentic and significant to Lisbon’s history and not just tourist traps. She also kept OTHER tourists safe by calling out pickpockets on the street!! An amazing way to spend a morning in Lisbon.
