Our guide Giulia was superb . We have taken numerous Viator tours, they really do contract with the best guides, but this was by far the best. Giulia’s knowledge was comprehensive, happy to answer all questions, adept at guiding us through crowded areas. Not all tour companies have cordless mic and earphone systems like Viator guides. At places such as the Duomo and the Academia this can make all the difference, especially in a crowded or noisy area where you might periodically loose sight of your group.

It’s a must do your in Florence. Our guide was excellent and not only teach us about the sites we visited but gave us tons of local recommendations and background stories.

Loved the experience and the guide was very knowledgeable. I found the earpiece we wore very uncomfortable and distracting. I wish we could connect through the app listen with AirPods
