Only thing I would say is the documents stated to meet your guide holding a green sign, the guide was not holding any sign I had to ask around at people that looked like guides? I am a travel agent so I was more comfortable doing this but other passengers might have missed the tour as they could not find their guide.

Do I need to bring my ID on this tour?
All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of their tour. This is especially important when booking reduced tickets (such as child tickets 2-10 years old) as the Sagrada Familia often asks for ID as proof of age.
Is this tour suitable for guests with mobility issues?
