A profound insight into Antoni Gaudis Work in Barcelona - from the beginnings (Casa Vincens) to the climax (Sagrada Familia).
We booked through the Tiquets platform/app. Here, the information about the features included in the tour left some questions open. Therefore, a short overview: starting point Casa Batlo (from the outside); walk to Casa Mila (from the outside); transfer to Casa Vincens by metro; Casa Vincens (outside, garden and complete interior); transfer to Park Güell by van; walk through the park; transfer to the Basílica Sagrada Familia by van; short receational break (20=30 min.); visit of the church (outside, interior without crypt) and opportunity to collect further personal impressions of the church. Duration (including trabsfers and break): 5 - 5 1/2 hours. Information given by the guide included relevant parts of the city history, about the quarters in which the buildings are placed, about local traditions and festivals. All transfers and the entrance fees are included in the price.
Altogether: a magnificent experience and a unique occasion to learn a lot not only about one of the most famous sons of Barcelona and his ouevre, but also about the capital of Catalonia itself.
