My guide Hector embodied many of the qualities of local Catalonians that made visiting Barcelona so enjoyable. He was affable, friendly, and passionate about his culture. He blended in personal anecdotes about growing up in Catalan with vignettes of local culture that personalized the tour experience in a very intimate way.

We did a wonderful tour with Alexandra this week in Barcelona. The food and food history were perfect, and she did the best job explaining the history. We came away with great local knowledge - highly recommend. Anem a fer el vermut!

A splendid food tour. Extremely well organized, with delectable edibles at each stop. Our guide, Alexandra, shared her knowledge and love of Catalan cuisine & culture with us, with great passion. Her energy was all encompassing. In addition, she was careful to consider our individual needs, mine as a pescatarian, my fellow traveler’s as a gluten free person.
