Like the more famous “La Giralda” tower, which makes up part of Seville’s impressive Cathedral, the original minaret from the Mosque that was once upon a time on the site of this church has been retained, and finished with a bell with a bell tower on top. Although the church was constructed in the 14th century, the works have taken place over varying decades and architectural styles, with the aforementioned bells added in the 18th century and the main chapel constructed in the 17th century.\u00a0A little gem in the San Lorenzo neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n \t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
