Ariana gave us a historical overview of Catalan culture and food and took us places that were owned by people for many generations. Very authentic Barcelona experience including Cava and vermouth. All was delicious. Did involve a lot of walking through the Born and Barceloneta neighborhoods. Highly recommend!

How much walking is involved?
The tour includes walking at a moderate pace up hills and uneven streets. We recommend guests wear comfortable shoes. Between stops, you'll explore the charming streets of Old San Juan, however you will be on your feet most of the time as there are not benches on the sidewalks to sit.

Yes! You’ll enjoy vermouth and wine along the way. Non-alcoholic alternatives are always available—just ask your guide.
